A couple of years ago, I went to Disneyland with my kids. We had been waiting for this trip for several months before we finally got a chance to embark on the adventure of our dreams. The kids were so hyped and pumped about the trip that it was rather difficult to put them to sleep the night before the departure. But this is not something I want to focus in this post. Since we had anticipated this trip so much, I even bought a brand smart phone to make sure that we had tons of pictures from this particular trip.

On the day of our arrival, we headed out to the park with the smartphone. Little did I know at that time that soon after our departure it would become impossible for me to take any picture. The reason? The battery in my phone died and there was absolutely no way for my to find an electrical outlet in the park. What a shame and what a disappointment it was!

Next time I am going to go on such a long-anticipated trip with my kids I am going to make sure that I take something such as a power bank with me.
